Getlatests works hard to ensure that all our products are made of high-quality materials and shipped on time and accurately. If you are dissatisfied for any of the following reasons, our return and exchange policy, which is in effect for a full 30 days after the purchase date, fully protects you:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The print quality of the product is poor.
  • The final product is materially different than the image presented on the product page.

Replacements and exchanges

We typically do not accept refunds due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

However, we still support customers with the replacement but you just need to pay the shipping fee and small of handling fee (handling fee may vary per type, such as a hoodie or sweatshirt)

We’re pleased to give a refund or happy to send you a free replacement if the product is a different size or image in comparison with the ones that you purchased on the website, or if the size chart on the website is incorrect.

However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll find a solution for your case because, as we said, your satisfaction is our top priority and our guarantee.

P/S: Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received, as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Most of the time, we just reship the item at our cost if there’s been any unsatisfactory issue, which is very rare, but you should know anyway, so please don’t worry at all. We are here for you at all times.

Cancellations and modifications

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of your original order.

Why? We ship once every day, and if your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door, in which case you’d send it back, and only then would we be able to process the refund.

Please be advised that cancellation or order modification requests to replace a prior, existing, or present order using promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please see the Coupon, Promo, and Discount Codes section below for more information.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
